"Used my new tablet PC and Real Estate Dashboard Software for the first time last night on a short sale listing appointment. Not sure if I was more impressed or the homeowners were! UNBELIEVABLE! They were told by another real estate agent they did not qualify to do a short sale......on the phone! We went out, did the appointment, did all the paperwork and left without one piece of paper! It was amazing! Had my second appointment the following night. I can honestly say, how did I ever do this prior to using these tools and survive! My young, tech savvy clients were asking about the program as his company is going paperless. He asked several questions and I was so proud to be able to give the correct "business responses". The future is here and it is great to be a REALTOR that "gets it". They had talked with REALTORS that were personal friends and they stated to find someone that understood the Short Sale Transaction. They saw us on TV and called. They checked out one of our web sites, MyChoiceListing.com and realized we understood the transaction. What really surprised them was, how we were using technology to best service their needs. Upon completing the signing of the documents, I asked if they wanted a printed copy or if they wanted us to email them. They preferred us to email them. I further explained the access to the vault to get to the documents anytime they needed and they were amazed! I have been a user of your Real Estate dashboard for many years and probably should have written this email numerous times over those years but I hope” better late than never” is OK. The dashboard has been an integral part of my business since the first day I downloaded the software. I was hooked the moment I saw the demo.
